Hi All,

I am not fond of the new layout, its too retro for me but I can live with it. What I find difficult to live with tho, is the mail system as somehow that doesnt work for me. I write mails but once submitted they dissapear into outer space never to be seen again hence why I have stopped mailing at all. I miss it tho.

Thanks for your thoughts Rai. Both the main site and the forum use off the shelf themes, but I can look at modifying them or getting new ones.

In terms of your specific comments:
* looking right, and thinking back to the original design, there wasn’t any colour before, it was just a white background with headers and links. I can have a think about how to make it more enticing though…

* Forum icons – which icons in particular? That’s from the default theme of the latest version of the phpBB forum (we were on default theme before too). There are other themes out there too, so can switch it for a different one. Will take time though.

Thanks for looking into changing the site Dur, and it does look ‘cool’ and ‘fresh’. But I’m an old traditionalist at heart and gotta admit I don’t like it.
The forum icons are tiny, grainy and not that clear what they are supposed to indicate.
Look right…….there is no colour there. No spark. What’s to suggest that any of those items there will catch someone’s attention? It looks like a shopping list ( we need milk btw).
Sorry mate, we can’t all be constructive. Any chance of some more colour, and clearer icons please? That’d be a start

Yep, I visited Blizzcon. Not the real event, but the online ‘spinoff’. Too bad he doesn’t do any damage . I’m planning on some more achievements in the near fututre tbh.

As a hunter I have relied on BRK’s advice, wisdom and tips, especially in the early days.
But even recently I was back to his site, prior to respeccing, to make sure I had got it right.
Damn shame, Hunters will surely miss him
