Addons
Group Calendar is a useful tool for organising / scheduling guild instance runs and raids.
To install:
- Download the latest version from the following link: Download Group Calendar
- Extract the zip file to the WoW addons folder (typically C:Program Files/WorldOfWarcraft/Interface/AddOns).
- When you login to WoW, when you are on the character selection screen you should be able to click the AddOn button to check the status of your addons.
- When in WoW, click on the new calendar icon on the minimap to open the group calendar interface and click on the setip tab
- Change from manual to auto and leave the guild data channel option ticked, then click connect. This will take 3 mins or so to fully connect, after which you will see guild events in the calendar and be able to sign-up
