Talking of GEMs, the new version of GEM (Guild Event Manager) is out now and can be downloaded from the GEM site. Instructions for installation are in the addons section of this site. GEM makes it easier to put together guild runs. The normal approach (without GEM) would be to ask in guild chat if anyone wants a run. It is often unlikely that another 4 characters of the right level and class composition are online and with the time free to do a 2 hour run. With GEM, runs can be advertised several days in advance: so people can make sure they have the time free and then sign up to your run, so you can see your group assembling.

So please, download GEM, try posting a run a few days in advance, talk it up amongst your fellow guildees so that they know about it and can join your run, and also help by signing up to runs that other people post

Also for the level 70’s, once we have enough attuned for Kara, GEM will likely be the way that Kara runs would be scheduled, so it’s well worth getting it installed and working now
